Nelayan Restaurant
Serving mainly traditional prepared and locally caught fish and seafood as well as French Mediterranean dishes, the Nelayan Restaurant is perfectly situated next to the beach, with some tables set up directly on the sand.
The ultimate romatic location to enjoy fine cuisine while watching the sun setting over the Indian Ocean as you dine on the catch of the day in the open air.

Appetisers - Tuna and Avocado Tartar, Lime and Orange Juice, Aromatic Herbs
- Steamed River Prawn Salad with a Medley of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil
- Fusilli with Crispy Vegetables in Truffle Oil, Parmesan
- Roasted Matured Goats Cheese
Seafood
- Catch of the day, served with rice and vegetables in Balinese sauce
- Fillet of Barracuda with Tasty Herb Filling, Fennel Salad, Anchovy Dressing and Sauteed Potatoes
- Mahi-Mahi Topped with Prawns Balinese Style Curry & Coconut Sauce
- Buttered Red Snapper Fillet with Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes in a light Aioli Sauce
- Butterfish Steak Laced with a Tasty and Spicy Green Curry Sauce, Steamed Rice and Broccoli.
Meat- Grilled Australian Beef Tenderloin, Green Peppercorn Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
- Baked Duck Breast with Honey and Thyme Sauce with Sauteed Potatoes and baby Spinach
- Pan-fried Veal Tenderloin, Port Wine Sauce, Creamy Tagliatelli with Forest Mushrooms and Pumpkin Puree
- Roasted Lamb Lion with Rosemary, Zucchini Ribbons Tomato Flan Tapenade
Lobster Menu- Lobster and Fresh Palm Heart Salad with Lime Juice and Olive Oil
- Pumpkin Ravioli with Lobster, Tomato Puree, Green Coriander Cream Sauce
