Yoga & Tai Chi

We are very pleased to be able to offer our guests the chance to take part in Yoga or Tai Chi classes during their stay at Jimbaran Puri Bali.

Hatta Yoga
Enjoy a one-hour session of Hatta Yoga with our in-house expert. 

Hatta Yoga promotes strength and flexibility of the spine through a series of asanas, or exercises. Start with 10 minutes of meditation, followed by Surya Namaskara or Sun Salutation, and end with 10 minutes of relaxation. This type of yoga is suitable for all levels; from beginner to advanced practitioners. 


Tai Chi
Take part in a one-hour Tai Chi session. 

Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise which focus on managing the mind and body to move in tune with the 'Chi', or energy. Through slow, smooth body movement it improves circulation and reawakens the body. Feel refreshed and revitalised after this one hour session.
