Yoga & Tai Chi |
We are very pleased to be able to offer our guests the chance to take part in Yoga or Tai Chi classes during their stay with us at Jimbaran Puri Bali.
Hatta Yoga
Enjoy a one hour session of Hatta Yoga with our in-house yoga expert. Hatta Yoga promotes strength and flexibility of the spine through a series of asanas or exercises. Starting with 10 minutes meditation followed by Surya Namaskara or Sun Salutation, ending with 10 minutes relaxation. This type of yoga is suitable for every level from beginner to more advance practicioners or 'Yogi'.
Tai Chi
Alternatively take part in a session of Tai Chi, the art and knowledge of inner power in martial arts. Tai Chi is a collection of movement in Yang, which focuses on managing mind and feeling to move the 'Chi' or energy. This movement of Chi encourages the circulation and refreshes the whole body's systems. Feel refreshed and revitalised after this one hour session.
